You Can Now Skype From Your Android Wear Smartwatch
Skype 6.4 has just been pushed to Google Play Store and brings new ways to manage conversations on Android Wear devices, including Huawei Watch, LG Watch Urbane, Asus ZenWatch, and Moto 360.

It’s certainly a long overdue update for Skype, and comes as Android wearables start to pick up wider adoption in the mainstream. Users can also accept or decline calls from their Android Wear device with the update, but must use their smartphone to continue the conversation. It doesn’t mean carrying on Skype phone calls from smart watches, at least not for now.

One thing is certain, this Skype app for Android has now got a whole lot better, and so can compete with a few of those comparable Apple Watch features.

Google created the Android Wear operating system a year ago specifically for smart watches and other wearable devices.
Microsoft has been very aggressive about its Android apps, so if you’re a Windows user or heavily involved with the company’s products, you can lead a pretty happy life on Android.
